Ponds Barn Studio Classes

Mat Pilates is a low impact form of exercise that strengthens the entire body and builds core stability. Pilates focuses on moving with correct posture and alignment which helps to reduce aches and pains and improve overall body awareness. I use small equipment/props to add variety and challenge to my classes.

Yoga is an ancient practice that builds strength and flexibility in the whole body. Yoga connects your body and mind through poses and breath work and my classes can be fast and dynamic or slow and relaxing. You will leave feeling stronger, calmer and more relaxed.

Pilates Mixed Level

This class is suitable for all levels of experience with options given for exercises so that you feel challenged at the right level.

Yoga

This vinyasa flow yoga class is suitable for mixed level of abilities. It is more active and dynamic so you will benefit more if you have some experience of yoga.

Private yoga and Pilates

I work with you to create a bespoke exercise program to help you achieve your health goals. Contact me for any enquiries.

Beginners Pilates

Ideal for you if you're new to Pilates and want a introduction to the foundations of Pilates and a slower paced class.

Mum and baby yogalates

A group exercise class where mums and dads can bring babies under 1 with them and enjoy some time for yourself.

Sat 8:30am - Yoga (twice a month)
