Yoga and Pilates classes in Seer Green
Welcome! My name is Cherie and I teach yoga and Pilates classes from my tranquil garden studio in Beaconsfield. I love helping people find enjoyment and confidence in exercise and movement, and supporting them to improve their overall health and wellbeing.
Pilates and yoga classes help in so many ways! They strengthen muscles, reduce aches and pains, improve mobility for daily activities, improve flexibility, aid performance in other sports, and support our mental health.
My classes are designed to work your whole body and small class sizes mean you get focused attention and assistance from me. The time you spend on the mat will be time well spent, and you will leave feeling accomplished and refreshed!

Classes can be booked as courses (usually 4 weeks) or on a drop in basis.

My yoga and pilates studio is in Seer Green and is easily accessible from Beaconsfield, Gerrards Cross, Chalfont St Giles and Chalfont St Peter.
There is plenty of off-road parking available on site.
